Inclusive Hiring Practices

We are constantly increasing the representation of underrepresented groups in Delta Growth’s workforce, and this is supported through specific recruitment, retention and promotion measures.

  • Our leadership team has participated in an inclusive leadership training course designed to eliminate interview bias, and we are committed to structured interview processes.

DEI Learning & Training

We recognize that attaining our goals requires ongoing education. We have partnered with external groups to implement a DEI Learning curriculum that includes content meant to educate and inform employees on unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, allyship, accessibility, anti-racism, and other important topics.

  • We regularly recognize and honour crucial diverse events as they take place throughout the year, such as “Truth and Reconciliation Day”.  
  • We have an active DEI resource hub to continue our learning journey.

Workplaces play an essential role in maintaining positive mental health, and prioritizing this can create a more effective workplace. We firmly believe in maintaining an appropriate work-life balance, and part of these efforts include a Remote work policy, a 6-hour workday, benefits from day one, accommodations for disabilities, parental leave, pronoun policies, flexible scheduling, and more.
